AstraGin 25mg
Huperzia Serrata 10mg

Servings: 20

Price: $38

Summary:

So, my number 5 pre workout is Genius Pre by The Genius Brand. I chose this as my number 5 because it is a great pre workout to take when you kinda need a break from pre workouts that are saturated with caffeine. Genius Pre effectively mixes together nootropic ingredients with muscle building ingredients. Some highlight ingredients are the 6 grams of citrulline malate which helps with endurance, and also Alpha GPC that can help with power output and cognition. It is also highly rated and costs just under $40 for 20 servings. So, it is a little steep on price. But I make sense of it because I wouldn't say that this is a every month pre workout, but only on months where I would want a break from caffeine without sacrificing my workout. You know, I was really surprised when I was taking this because of how effective it actually was, but I do like my caffeine and that's why this is sitting at number 5 for myself and not higher on the list

Betaine Anhydrous 1.5g
Nitrosigine 1.5g

(Acetyl-l-Tyrosine, Caffeine(300mg), Velvet Bean, Theacrine, AlphaSize, Zenbrin, Rauwolfia Vomitoria, Huperzine A)

Servings: 20

Price: $40

Summary:

Ok so my number 4 pre workout is C4 Ultimate by Cellucor. So, this is one of the many iterations of their C4 pre workouts, and I think this is the best one out of them all. C4 Ultimate is going to give you 6 grams of citrulline malate, some Creatine Nitrate, and this energy and focus blend. Now, I usually don't like prop blends but they did single out the caffeine so that you know you get 300 mg of caffeine plus some pretty good nootropics as well. I think this pre workout is a great way to step up your game for a month or so. The only reason I say a month is because this one does cost about $40 for 20 servings, which I can see can be considered a little up there on price. However, it does stand out as a premium pre workout when you are taking it. The combination of it being from a  reputable company, the effective ingredients that they chose, and with the correct dosaging is what really makes this pre workout worth a try.

Yohimbe 3mg

Servings: 30

Price: $22

Summary:

Now moving onto my number 3 spot which goes to Mr. Hyde Pre workout by Pro Supps. So this is a very popular pre workout that I am sure most of you have heard of. There is for sure a lot of hype around it and I gotta say that it does live up to the hype. I mean I look at a pre workout as a energy inducing drink that maximizes my effort when I am in the gym. Mr. Hyde Pre workout does do that for me. It does this because they put a ridiculous amount of caffeine in here at about 419 mg in this little caffeine matrix. I don't see how you could get anything but energy when you take this. Along with that you get some great nootropic ingredients that help you focus on what you are doing and also some strength ingredients like creatine and beta alanine to round this pre workout out. The ingredients is not the only thing good about this pre workout. The price of this is only about $35 for 30 servings which makes this a very effective pre workout at a great price. I find this to be useful for about a month because I don't think that taking over 400mg of caffeine at once can be any good for you over a long period of time. Don't be mistaken this is an intense pre workout so you should tread lightly on deciding if you want to take it. And if you are hitting a plateau right now this will probably get you past it. But yeah it's worth a shot and it won't even cost you that much.

Number 2 Pre Workout: Pre Jym by Jym Supplement Science

Ingredients:

Beta Alanine 2g
Creatine HCL 2g
Betaine 1.5g
Taurine 1g
N-Acetyl_l-Cystine 600mg
AlphaSize 300mg
Citrulline Malate 6g
Beta Vulgaris 500mg
L-Leucine 3g
L-Isoleucine 1.5g
L-Valine 1.5g
L-Tyrosine 1.5g
Caffeine Anhydrous 300mg
Huperzine A 50mcg
BioPerine 5mg

Servings: 30

Price: $40

Summary:

Ok almost to the top, but first let's get to my number 2 spot which is Pre Jym by Jym Supplement Science. So, this one made the list for a few reasons. One of them is that I really like the transparency and the data that the company gives us on its supplements. Also, another reason is how well this pre workout is put together. I mean you get creatine, Alpha GPC, Citrulline Malate, 300mg of caffeine, and also 6 grams of BCAA's just to name a few. And it's not like they put all of these ingredients in here, just to underdose them like other companies. Instead they properly dose every single ingredient which is awesome and rare. As far as the price for 20 servings you will pay a little under $40 for it. Now compare that to the other pre workouts that I've mentioned. With Pre Jym you will get the same amount of servings for about the same price and with similar ingredients, except you also get 6 grams of BCAA's. A BCAA supplement is usually around $20 for the same 6 grams for reference. So, in my book this pre workout is a great deal when you put it against other supplements and this could be something that you can take month after month without having to worry about anything.
